What do you do in a situation like this? Laylah has started eating with her hands again. I know i should not be upset she is just two, but the problem is that she was doing really well with the spoon and fork. Then all of a sudden she is back to shoveling food in her mouth like a caveman. I have been working really hard trying to get her to use the utensils. I guess to hard.
Today we went out to eat. She did OK she used the fork, she no longer like toddler forks she must use the big people one if she is going to use one, She did pick up some food with her hand I just kept telling her use your fork. I left the table and Robbyn said Laylah went "Oh good he's gone" and started shoveling handful of food to her mouth. The waiters came by and she told her shh daddy no here and kept eating.

The Big Day
The Birth Day went great but the days leading up to it were horrible. I was off the Friday before her birthday, my usual Flex Day, and I woke up sick. Laylah had been sick that week with bronchitis and we were so concerned about her being sick on her Birth Day. Well she wasn't, the little germ carrier got us both sick. On Saturday we started to decorate the living room, Robbyn and I were so tired we sat down. Laylah took full advantage of her sinfully, fever redden, low energy parents and literately ran circles around us.
The Birth day turned out great we did something much more low key since it was the second birthday. You know just God parents and Robbyn's mom, my parents weren't able to make it.
